French Toast

French Toast


Ingredients:

Eggs
*1 egg = abt. 2 slices of bread
Bread (any type)
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Butter

Directions:

In a bowl whisk together eggs, cinnamon, and a small amount of vanilla.

Heat skillet to medium heat.

Lightly butter skillet to keep bread from sticking. Skillet should sizzle slightly when butter is added. 

Soak bread in the egg mixture on both sides.

Place bread on skillet and let cook for abt. 30 seconds on each side.

In between flipping sprinkle a little cinnamon for extra flavor.
