Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter
2/3 c Heavy Cream
1 1/4 c Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Parsley
(Flour)
Directions:
(cook flour for 2-3 minutes in butter) - Not necessary, will help to make a thicker sauce.
Add cream and seasonings to the cream, enough to add some taste.
Cook until smooth and thickened constantly stirring.
