Butter Milk Biscuits



Butter Milk Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 c Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 c Sugar
1 Stick Butter melted 
(more for melting on top)
1 c Butter Milk
(See butter milk under Baking Tips)

Directions:
Oven: 475°F

Put flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar in mixing bowl.

Melt butter, then add butter Milk. Stir milk and butter until butter clumps form within the milk.

Mix butter milk into flour and stir with a large spoon.

Place medium sized spoon fulls of batter on a lined baking sheet

Cook for 10-14minutes.

Melt about 2Tbs of butter to drizzle on the tops of the warm biscuits.
