Mini Cheese Danish



Mini Cheese Danish

Ingredients:
3 (10 oz) Cans of Pillsbury crescent dough
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese diced
1/2 c Sugar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Sour Cream
1 c Confectioners Sugar
1 Tbs Milk
1 Tbs Butter softened

Directions:
Oven: 350°F

Slice (unrolled) crescent dough into 1/4" slices (as if making slice-and-bake cookie dough)

Place slides of dough on cookie sheet and make a slight indentation in the middle of the slices.

Filling:

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.

Add 1 Tbs of filling to each slice of crescent dough.

Bake in oven for 15-20minutes.

Topping:

In a small bowl, stir together confectioners sugar, milk, and butter.

After danishes have cooled drizzle with icing.
