Potato Salad



Potato Salad


Ingredients:

Red Potatoes
2-3 Hard boiled eggs
Ranch Dressing
Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Sweet Relish

Directions:

Clean and chop potatoes to medium size pieces. In a large pot boil the potatoes and eggs until the potatoes are soft but not mush. Be careful to keep an eye on the potatoes once the water starts to boil rapidly.

Drain potatoes and eggs and let cool.

Remove the eggs from the potatoes. Remove the shells and slice into smaller pieces.

In a large bowl mix potatoes, eggs, and all other ingredients. Season until your desired taste is reached.
